They say imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, and I say if our GM isn’t smart enough to put a winning team together himself then he should imitate what other teams have done to find success. Thoughts.
So alot has happened since Matt52′s original “Blow it up” post. Alot of positive things, but despite the turnaround he still thinks talent and management continue to be an issue. What do you think? Come vote and discuss.
