Spot on with the Bebe assessment. When a guy who is that tall and long can hedge out and recover on pick and roll D, that’s a pretty valuable asset from a backup center.

I’m writing up a scouting report for Bebe, and I discuss that very point. Look for that post to drop tomorrow.

Nice PodCast … Can not wait to see where you guys see Raptors finishing in the east this year 🙂 As far as Bebe goes, I have not seen anything in the summer league that suggest he can play 10 -15 minutes in NBA as a Back up C but I guess we will see. As far as James Johnson being a “Good” 3 point shooter 🙂 Oh, well, I guess that has to be seen as well

      Re: Johnson’s three point shooting.

Yeah I fucked up. He’s not a three-point shooter at all. Mulligan on that one.

Watching our summer league team right now. Painful!! The only guy showing promise today is maybe Daniels. Bebe and Bruno or stinking it up.
The way we’re playing is useless to our franchise. Nobody can pass or dribble. Not one play being set up. I’m contrast to Dallas who’s calling plays moving the ball.

MU is getting a lot of credit for the short term deals that he signed his FAs this summer. However, looking quickly around the league you will see that that most players are NOW actually preferring the short term deal because of the NEW TV deal coming up in 2 years and the expectations that salaries will go up significantly then.
