The Raptors have announced their pre-season schedule in image format:

The venues are obviously of note with games being played in Vancouver, Wichita, and Montreal. From an opponent perspective, we play Maccabi Haifa who actually beat us at the ACC on an Anthony Parker jumper over Mo Pete. I’m an idiot.

Yup, Maccabi Haifa is a different Israeli team than Anthony Parker’s Maccabi Tel Aviv, the latter which won the Euroleague championship last season in a huge upset, coached by none other than new Cavs head coach David Blatt.

Haifa is usually the lesser team (like the Mets to T.A.’s Yankees) so the up-and-coming Raptors should win this game easily…unless Casey plays Cherry, Fields and Chuck all 48 or something.

No worries, Arse. It was worth your mistake to re-watch the YouTube clip of AP’s game winning shot over MoPete. Best pre-season game I was ever at, not that it’s saying much.
