Game 7 between the Toronto Raptors and Indiana Pacers will tip off at 8 p.m. on TNT on Sunday. It will air on Sportsnet and TSN 1050 in Canada.
With Miami defeating Charlotte to force a Game 7 in that series, they’ll draw the 1 p.m. start on ABC, with either Blazers-Clippers or Warriors-Blazers/Clippers filling the 3:30 middle slot on ABC. The winners of Heat-Hornets and Raptors-Pacers will meet in Game 1 on Tuesday.
This is a best-case scenario for the author, for personal reasons, and it’s probably best for the Raptors, too. They’ve struggled in day games, for whatever reason, and this game is close enough to their regular tip-off time that they should be able to maintain some semblance of a routine. But honestly, who the hell knows? This team’s weird right now, and I don’t think even they know what the answer is when it comes to finding an energy or an intensity or whatever the heck else you want to call it.
