I seriously think now that casey is just trying to shove AB in brian's face. I feel like that would be the only way to show how idiotic his obsession with bargnani is.
from the standpoint of putting back in during the 4th quarter, i can understand. he was sitting for a while about 10 minutes below his average and maybe he learnt a lesson and would bring it. but by the 5 or 4 minute mark if he hadn't stepped it up i would have had ed back in there really fast.
of course if he comes back and hits a couple big shots and we win then bc is a genius and we complain about how bargs got lucky and it should have been ed anyway. that didn't happen though

Maybe Casey is overplaying Bargnani in pressure situations to prove to BC how bad he really is, and that he should leave the franchise immediately. It showcases his crap to the fans, thus putting pressure on a trade. So far, with these trade rumors, Casey has done a formidable job of building his culture. Sometimes you have to trim the runts. Hell or high water was to shove it into BCs face.
