By the sounds of things, its the Raptors who have the final decision on whether this happens or not. The Bulls are the ones who made the offer. Also read that it could be Barg/Lucas for Boozer/Robinson which would be awesome

I'd do either of those too. I think I'd prefer Robinson though. Better player right now and plus he's expiring so if he doesn't work out he's gone at season end anyways. I don't think marquis will ever be much either, but it never hurts to have another solid young rookie either.
