Sid Seixeiro keeps going on with his hard-on for colangelo.
again ill say who gives a shit anymore?
I believe they just said that BC will be interviewed at 4pm EST...
Interesting comment about Phil Jackson never really being a legitimate option to consider, since he had little-to-no intention of leaving southern California.
Still can't believe how well spoken Leiweke is. Each and every interview he does is better than the last one.
So hopefully this addresses some silly conflicts.Ryan Wolstat @WolstatSun 2m
RT @RaptorsMR: Ujiri will be President & GM, Basketball Operations. Colangelo will serve as President, ... http://m.tmi.me/XHbIp
BC will likely be a GM for another team very soon.

Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun will be on the same feed at 2:20pm
Leiweke: 2 options, blow it up and go for 2014 draft + free agency, or keep core and make superstar trade now.
Leiweke to Toronto: Don't hate on Bargs. Or anyone on the team. We need their perceived value to be high so can we deal them high.
"nobody wants to play with Andrea Bargnani"
I died... LOL O tim and Sid
Wolstat's saying Ujiri isn't interested in amnestying anyone, whether it be Bargnani or Kleiza. Hmmmm.

Masai Ujiri will be on Sportsnet Radio at 6:00pm tonight!
hopefully he says something different... i doubt it.
The only thing amnestying Kleiza does now is save them the luxury tax - unless they make other trades with less money coming back.
I can see Bell/Rogers paying the luxury tax for a winner. Find it hard to believe they will do it with the mish mash currently on the roster.

Basketball has clear winners every night --except at the draft, which is all homework, politics and chance.
Not only does Kleiza give Ujiri another trade asset this offseason (possibly with Bargnani), but 2014 is shaping up to have a strong draft and free agent market, with many teams already looking to shed salary ahead of next offseason. I could see many more teams deciding to take that approach if/when their 2013-2014 season doesn't live up to lofty expectations.
With so many teams likely looking to shed salary and add draft picks at the trade deadline, it could be a fantastic opportunity for 'vulture teams' to swoop in and acquire players at below market value. Keeping Kleiza on the roster gives Uriji another trade asset, which could be used on its own to return up to $5.85M in salary.
I really like the idea of Ujiri maximizing the number of assets at his disposal. Worst-case scenario is $4.6M coming off the Raptors books after the season, allowing them to potentially be players in the 2014 free agent market.
