  • Best Shooter in Raptors History?

There is five seconds on the clock and the Raptors are down by two, if you can pick any Raptors past or present to take the shot, who is it? AND deuce or three?

There are some outstanding choices. You have the likes of Vince, Tracy, Dell, etc.

If the game is on the line, I'd want Vince to be taking that shot.

None other than Sebastian MOTHER FUCKIN Telfair

Telfair and a friend, Al Eden Fuentes,[16] were arrested early on April 20, 2007 and charged with felony possession of a weapon, after a traffic stop.[17] The traffic stop was prompted when Telfair was spotted driving his 2006 Range Rover 77 mph on the Bronx River Parkway, a 45 mph zone. Telfair was driving under a suspended Florida license. When the police searched Telfair's vehicle, a loaded .45 caliber handgun was found under the passenger's seat. Both Telfair and Eden claimed to not have any knowledge of the handgun. Police had yet to determine the registration status of the handgun.[16]

          Vince Carter.

Though the best shooter in Raps' history is Dell Curry.

From just reading the thread title, the only name that instantly came to mind was Dell.

LOL, and no one in attendance has their hand up.

Yeah, I just assumed you all would want the greatest shooter taking the shot. If you want to consider Hoffa or Michael Bradley or someone else then that's fine as well.

3-way tie. Anthony Parker, Mo Pete, or VC. Overall best shooter of the 3 is Parker, so I guess if I have to pick 1 I choose him. He was a clutch shooter overseas and brought it to the NBA level too.

Dell, easily. Alvin wasn't the greatest shooter or that offensively gifted but i remember him making some clutch shots.

I also remember vince missing a lot of big shots.

                            1) Vince

                            2) Billups (he's made some big shots in his career)

                            3) McGrady

Honourable mentions: Curry, Stoudamire, Stojakovic (in prime), Rose (in prime), strickland (in prime)

Rudy Gay has had a decent track record with game winners in his short time with the raptors too
