Short answer no.

Longer answer....Maybe, possibly, yes, depending on how draft night plays out. Don't know if I'd give up 2 picks, but I could be fine with trading our 1st rounder if all the guys the Raps really want from their board are gone when their pick rolls around.

I think Barnes will still be a good player, and he's slumping this year in a tough situation....but I never really thought he was a star level player (And I was big on him on draft night). Maybe a borderline star at best if everything goes right (which is why I was big on him), and so far it's not. Seems like his value should be pretty low in terms of what teams would offer GSW to get him.

Barnes would also tie up valuable cap space with his qualifying offer/cap hold. Like Ross and JV, he will be RFA in 2016.

If that is the year of the FA splash, that will be tough to do.
