Toronto out: DeMar Derozan, Kyle Lowry, Quincy Acy, 2014 NYK's 1st rounder
Toronto in: Rajon Rondo, Kris Humphries (wavied), 2015 Boston's 1st rounder

Boston out: Rajon Rondo, Kris Humphries, 2015 Boston's 1st rounder
Boston in: DeMar DeRozan, Kyle Lowry, Quincy Acy

Logic for the Raps: I think Ujiri won't hesitate to move DeMar's contract and acquire a player who can roll with the Raptors as our primary floor general. Rondo will give us something that we wont' see from any of the PG we had since Damon Stoudamire. Rondo is our future PG and with him healthy, he will be a terrific guard to go along with Valanciunas. Rondo is key to our success and Rudy Gay would be happy to acquire his buddy since two are close. As for Kris Humphries, he will be waived and sign with a contender. We also acquire a future 1st rounder from Boston

Logic for the Celtics: I think the Celtics would benefit with the trade by shedding with Rondo and move forward with Bradley. DeMar is their SG of the future and they can either tank and land on Wiggins, Parker or Randle or compete for a spot in the playoff (highly doubt it). Lowry would be a good backup behind Bradley whereas Acy is a decent 3rd stringer SF/PF

    2nd Trade

    Toronto out: Landry Fields
    Toronto in: Marcin Gortat

Logic for the Raptors: We acquire an expiring in Gortat who would provide veteran leadership for young Valanciunas as our backup C

Logic for the Suns: The Suns acquire a veteran with two more years in his contract in Fields, perhaps a change of scenery can rejuvenate his career and the Suns seem like a good spot for Fields as he probably loves gambling and find his way to Vegas.

Even with the injury question risks, Rondo is a fairly young perennial All Star, so a lot of teams would love to have him and take those risks.
This deal gets Rondo AND their 2015 likely-lotttery pick for essentially DeMar, a rental and throw-ins, that's a bit greedy. ;p

      We don't have the Knicks 2014 1st.

And why would Phoenix trade Gortat for Fields?

Gortat put up 15-10 2 seasons ago and plays center. They could easily get picks for him from a contender that needs help in the front court.
