is it cutting out on anyone else?
Masai Ujiri will never show you his cards...
I love the comment about the team not going through a bad patch, but not having a good chemistry...
The stream was cutting me on chrome so I switched to FF and it worked fine for me.
Masai Ujiri, King of vague answers.
"Masai WILL win us a championship"
- Tim Leiweke
Ujiri: "One thing I can say for sure is that we will not be stuck in the middle."
Reporter: "How can you say that?"
Ujiri: "Because I can say that."
he essentially just said nobody is untouchable.
He just SAID IT. TANKING
"we wont be stuck in no mans land, thats for sure"
"because I know I can say that" -
Masai Is The One Who Knocks
That's still reassuring that he's still sticking with "we will not be stuck in no man's land".
interesting hearing him talk about teams with injuries and how that has changed things...
Masai is paying tribute to Mandela!
It's over now. I'll update OP with the VOD once it's updated.
Looks like other teams were involved in trade talks with Masai.. but nothing happened because of injuries.
Masai seems VERY confident that this team is not going to get stuck in 'no man's land'. Interesting.
"Analytics DON'T work at all. It's some crap that people that are really smart made up to get in the game. Bunch of smart guys who have never played. The NBA is about TALENT" - Charles Barkley #Truth
One thing that is for certain is that the "future" is MU's priority. He may give vague answers and despise the "t words" but, reading between the lines, he is definitely not playing for this season. I believe he made a comment about not making moves "to improve for two games", which when combined with his talk about the uncertainty surrounding Gay's contract and his plans for building the team in the future, sure sounds like this season is a complete write-off for him.
