Raps should get Tyshawn Taylor.

Taylor got released from the Pelicans and I feel we should get him. He's an upgrade over Julyan Stone and I'd feel comfortable with him in case either Lowry or Vasquez go down. I know that if we do, our roster is at 16 players. Are we still allowed to waive Stone?

I think he could contribute more than Julyan.

Well it's hard to tell with end of benchers. Julyan at least plays solid D at up to 3 positions, and while he doesn't help much on O, he also doesn't usually hurt by trying to do too much.

In what way could Tyshawn contribute more? Is he particularly good at anything on either end?
