Why was Casey's first adjustment to put Patterson in for Jonas? And then when Pat picked up fouls, he puts in Novak? All this with Gortat on the floor, where Hansbrough should be the natural sub to matchup with his strength....

Novak is such a good sport, he always tries so hard despite being placed in ridiculous situations over and over again.
