The 76ers can probably get much more than a 2nd round pick, if they want to absorb 11 mil in bad contracts. -

11 mil in cap space though... For some perspective, when GSW wanted to clear 24 mil in cap space last summer, they gave Utah 2 unprotected 1st rounders and 3 second rounders.
When Memphis and Sota wanted to clear 3-5 mil the last few years, they ended up giving a 1st rounder.
So a 2nd round pick for absorbing 11 mil is VERY cheap. Like, "Russian Communists offer you a ticket to Syberia in exchange for your farm"-cheap. And it's not even a good 2nd rounder.Comment
