Tough game this Friday night. We won the first game at OKC, now it's time to sweep the series. Westbrook will play. No word on Valanciunas yet, please post if you have an update.

    Key Matchups are:

    Kyle Lowry vs. Russell Westbrook.

    DeMar DeRozan vs. Kevin Durant.

    Amir Johnson vs. Serge Ibaka.

    Enjoy the game tonight!

Think I heard Westbrook will be sitting this one out.

He rested last night to get ready for this game so I don't think so.

Just quickly saw he was being rested and did not see for what game, thought it would have been second game of back to back, guess I was wrong.

This is a game we could really use PP, to keep up with OKC's offense. Hope JV is able to go tonight.

Ahh, that pic with Amir shooting with his eyes close really concerns me...

I hope Raps bring some scrappiness with them tonight. Recently I've been noticing Vasquez's grit trying to defend. Although he isn't a stopper by any means, I like his effort (especially against Barera in Minnesota). I hope he becomes a jack@$$ on defense against Jackson... I fear I may be hoping too much.

    GO RAPS!!!

It would be nice to see Nando de Colo in a supporting role and six guys in double figures. No doubt it will be near game time before we find out who is starting. I'll be traveling so will miss the game tonight.

One of your matchups is wrong, at least defensively, it will be Durant vs Ross.

There's no right matchup for Durantula. He'll score his points anyway

JV participated in shootaround today and will be a game time decision!

The key matchups are everyone, you have to cover all 5 people on the court

Although Durant might count as 2 players
    The name's Bond, James Bond.

They'll need him. Amir will have his hands full with just Ibaka.

Hopefully, the Raps will gain an edge with the back-to-back....

Who's excited to see A LOT of John Salmons tonight to guard Durant?

    Ugh.

If Fields is ever going to get on the floor, it would be tonight

It will happen. Terrence will get torched if he's the unlucky one, then he'll get yanked for Salmons who will also get torched but he is a vet so yeh.
To be honest I feel sorry for whoever gets the assignment. The guy is nearly 7'0" with a 7'5 wingspan and all the moves in the world with a seriously soft touch on his Jumper. I mean good luck guys.

But we did win in OKC. #positivethinking

As is usually the key with such guys, if you can somehow keep the rest of the team in check, you've got a fairly decent chance of winning. Gotta keep Ibaka from having a great game offensively. Gotta make Westbrook work.

I'm no NBA head coach, but my key sub would be Fields. If you can have Fields on the floor with Ross for some stretches, then Ross can guard Westbrook and Fields can take the daunting task of guarding Durant. Of course it's more likely to be Salmons. I hope Salmons finds some legs tonight......BUt yeah, I would want to give myself the best chance to slow down at least one of them, which is more likely to be Westbrook.

I was fine with Salmons when he clearly wasn't gassed...But it's so painfully obvious that recently he's just not right physically. Gotta at least give Fields, or even De Colo a shot.
