You would be surprised how many Canadians live in North Carolina. And at how good the North Carolina Symphony is, not to mention UNC and Duke University. As Jim Valvano once said about the competition between UNC and Duke, "Forget about the basketball teams. Think about the competition between the English departments, the history departments, the business schools, the medical schools."

So far this playoff things have played out in a very interesting way. Hear me out for a second. There is a trend going on.
EAST: 1 seed beat 8 seed. West 1 seed plays 8 seed today. (Winner - Spurs my pick)
2 seed beat 7 seed. Same as in the west
West 3 seed beat 6 seed. Raps 3 seed plays nets 6 seed ? (Winner - Raps my pick)
East 5 seed beats 4 seed. Same thing happened in the west.

And as it should, the team with the better standing records should move on, except for 4 & 5 since they are usually so evenly matched record wise. That being said, Raps should finish Nets off and to complete the Mirror image of results, Spurs should finish Mavs off!

Call me crazy but something magical is in the works! May 4th, 2014 book it.
