Is it worth JV and/or Ross? Because they might make that trade.
I wouldn't do it. It seems intriguing but if we get a steal of a trade like last years Jrue Holiday draft day trade, then I would do it. One team that should look to the Lakers for trading that pick is Minnesota. K Love ain't resigning and we all know he wants to go to LA. They should look to getting a Carmelo-type deal from the Lakers
Getting back to trade partners for first-round picks: the Suns aren't going to use all of their picks and I think they're far more likely to pursue Kevin Love than the Lakers are. The Suns can trade a package of 1-2 first-rounders this year and probably both Morris twins (who are most likely both going to be RFAs next year, so their value will never be higher than right now) and probably one other young player. That's a respectable haul for Kevin Love when he seems all but guaranteed to leave Minnesota anyway.
Then we go to Minnesota and see what they want for one of those mid-round picks they just got.
Lakers has ZERO interest in trading their high pick for DD. DD is not on their radar right now and they are really hoping for KD, Westbrook and Kevin love type of players for next 2-3 years.
Teams don't trade up for the sake of trading up. I don't know if I like the idea of moving DeRozan like this unless I know who is available at 6. The 6th overall pick is a big load of nothing unless you know what you're getting.
We only trade up if we get Wiggins.
I LOVE ANDREA BARGNANI.
And long twos.
Bryan Colangelo is the best GM is Raptors history!
No demar, no more lowry plain and simple
Just trade Derozan so I don't have to see these arguments again.
Haters insist on trading DD ... Now, for number 7 pick in the draft. Do you really think that player will be as good as DD ? Do you know how many years you have to wait till he develops ? How will that effect the chemistry of this team ?
STOP HATING, DD is OUR BEST PLAYER and SHOULD NOT be traded for SCRUBS .... JUST DEAL WITH IT.
