up an additional back to back, on it's own, no big deal. I get more concerned about them getting bunched together, like the Raps basically start the season. Nov 1 & 2 on Florida swing, then Nov 4 home to OKC, Nov 5 at Boston. I didn't notice any more of those 4 game, 5 nights blasts (they had 3 or 4 of them 2 years ago), but did see a few 3 games in 4 nights.

So the Eastern conference teams the Raptors play 3 times are Indiana, Milwaukee, Miami and Washington.

That kind of sucks.. was hoping to see Cleveland and Chicago in that list. Hate seeing Milwaukee in that list.

nice little bonus: no more 1pm sunday games that we always lose! lets hope the bump to 3:30pm makes a difference.
They only play 4 early games.. two against the Knicks, one against New Orleans and one against LAL (on Saturday).. That's a relief. The Raptors were terrible when games started at 1pm.

Lakers got 28 National TV appearances. Not bad for a tanking? team.

That World Jr. road trip doesn't look like much fun.

                @ Chicago
                @ Clippers
                @ Denver
                @ Portland
                @ Golden State
                @ Phoenix

The good news is that it's sandwiched between two pretty favourable 5 game stretches.
we have an okay chance of splitting that road trip. We can beat Phoenix and Denver and hopefully steal one from Chi/Clips or Portland

I think this is key to keep in mind as we analyze the national US exposure that we all crave so much (and rightfully so!). These are just preliminary schedules and will be adjusted as the year goes on. I'm guessing this is particularly so as so many of the national broadcast games currently include either the Lakers or Knicks, both of who I expect to miss the playoffs.

If we come anywhere close to meeting expectations, our number of national games will increase as the year goes on.

45 wins is my bench mark for this season
anything less is underachieving by the looks of it

if there is a lot of back to backs this year it will be good for us
one of the youngest playoff teams with solid depth
