SKYWALKER WINS RR Fantasy Keeper League - Season 5

Well Gentlemen, its that time of year again!

Welcome to Season 5 (2014/15) of Keeper League!

Quick run down of the Rules:

• Each returning team can use a keeper tag on as many players as they want as long as they fit within the Draft Cap ($30 Cap hit for Regular Keeper). Each player is limited to MAXIMUM TWO Keeper Tags before they must either be Franchise Tagged, Traded, or Released to the Draft Pool.

• Those returning members will have up to a week prior to the draft to name their keepers. (This is a soft Deadline. It can/will be revised accordingly.)

• Each team can franchise keeper tag only ONE player ($50 Cap hit for Franchise Keeper). The franchise keeper tag allows you to keep a player for an unlimited amount of time - The catch here is to use the franchise tag again in the future on a different player you must either trade your current franchise player, drop the player or relinquish your rights to the player during the off-season.

• You can choose to not use a keeper tag or a franchise keeper tag. A player who has been keeper tagged can be franchise tagged later provided you don't have a franchise keeper on roster.

• $50 deduction in draft salary cap for franchise keeper tagged player

I may be misunderstanding something but looking back at the season 3 thread WJF had kept Curry, Jefferson and Wall going into that season. The team got moved to Ballswin and he kept them all going into season 4 meaning if he were to keep Wall again in season 5 it'd be his 3rd time, no?

WJF kept Curry, Pau Gasol and Al Jefferson for the 12/13 season. Drafted John Wall for $20.

Last season, upon taking control of WJFs team, Ballswin kept John Wall; for Walls first Keeper.

This season would be his Second.


I spent a lot of time thinking this all over, and looking at ALOT of past draft results. Haha

Thanks Mack! Was kinda fun going through all the old drafts again and seeing what some people got for how much.

Just want to make an announcement that Tucas will be carrying over his duties as Co-Commissioner in Dynasty, and become the Co-Commissioner here in Keeper as well. Thanks for helping out and welcome aboard!

Don't understand how I can set my lineups in dynasty but leave 3 of my best players on the bench in keeper. Ahh well, always next week.
