Do We Like Raptors Republic? Hell Yeah!

Don't want to get into a pissing contest on the main site front pages, but just for the record I wanted to thank everyone involved with organizing, maintaining writing for and operating the Raptors Republic site.

In case it isn't obvious from my participation here, I spend at least an hour a day on the site reading and (less frequently) writing. The people involved and the people who post are an incredible group. Everybody has their reasons for contributing, and I can't and won't judge their motivations, but I will say that all of you add to my enjoyment of the whole Raptors Gestalt.

I have run a few simple websites myself and am well aware of the major commitment in time and effort that such activity requires.

Thanks guys, posters and lurkers. Every view, comment and click is a step in the right direction, in terms of involvement and validation of the effort. RR is definitely one of the premium team sites online. If I haven't said it loud enough previously, my bad, but THANK YOU.

I don't spend the time here that some do, but I'm thankful that there's always lots of activity here, coming from lots of Raptors fans. I occasionally (haha) disagree with many opinions here, but that's a big part of the fun. Debate is good, and it's always available here. Great site indeed!!

I'm not sure what happened in the front page (I just dive into the forums typically), but have to just say that without RR I'd consider canceling my internet subscription.

The last time a version of this q was posed I replied pretty close to..."too much....". And lately it seems that the general forums are getting more "action" as well....where one can possibly absorb other points of view or just info on other subjects.

RR main page is useful but the forums rock.

The key is the enforcement of the rules and policies.

I love that the post count is displayed. I wanted too badly to become a starter from a rookie it was kinda sad. But I guess, like Casey, RR doesn't start rookies.

I love RR. I am currently hunched over In the basement of the restaurant I work at, standing behind a pole so cameras don't see me write this... I do this just about every day.
