I guess as a Canadian I have an interest in seeing wig and AB develop rather than watch the lakers get blown out. In years past the Canadian networks used to pick up nash in his prime thru other feeds why not the wolves.

he's basically asking about games that get broadcast that are non-raps games. Most of thse tend to be key matchups or historic teams, such as the Lakers.

I tweaked the title to make things more clear.

Not an easy question. This could be Kobe's farewell party.

Me too. It just seems like with everything they've been through (winning the LBJ sweepstakes, going to the finals, winnings a boat load of #1 picks and bringing back LBJ) they're due for some bad luck. Something crazy is gonna happen like Bron Bron or Love blowing out their knee.

                    I pick the Wolves.

The Lakers are going to be terrible this year. Like, in an unprecedented, appalling way.

No one in their starting line-up is an above average defender. Their only prospect is out for the entire year. And Bryon Scott is forcing them to play an out-dated offense that flies in the face of logic.

There's nothing fun or enjoyable about how they are going to suck. There will be no fast-break points. No YOLO threes. No dunks. Just very inefficient players jacking up mid-range shots.

Look at tonight's disparity in three-point attempts.

                    Lakers: 4-13 = 12 points
                    Suns: 16-32 = 48 points

I can't believe I'm saying this, because I'm not that big a Kobe fan — but this is a horrible way for him to go out. What a waste.

                      Tough, but Lakers.

I get all the excitement about Wiggins/Bennett/Lavine and stuff, but that's going to die out pretty quickly once they start sucking. At least we can bank on Kobe having a couple 50-point games this year just out of pure frustration.

To tell you the truth, I'll watch neither.

But if this was some gulag in Siberia where I'd be tied to a tree and tortured with a choice of one of these two teams, I'd pick the Wolves.

Why would I ever want to watch the Lakers?
