i hope his shot deviates back to the mean soon. this may happen with JJ being out and him having to step it up a bit more now.

James johnson in a walking boot. Says he'll try to play by wed. Bold talk, I'm speculating. He's a battler though. #rtz #raptors

pretty sure i remember him having a sprained ankle in memphis and literally played 2 days later. but of course the severity of the sprain will dictate that.

Great game all around, albeit against some inferior competition. JV was awesome - 32 minutes is what he should be getting night to night. DD played well as well - was less visibly bad on D, and played very much in the flow of the offence, looking to take advantage in the post, pass, and take open jumpers off movement. Perfect offensive game. Lowry his typical self. Lou was great off the bench. JJ awesome as usual. Patman has been looking better, though I still don't like that fake at the three and then the awkward back down towards the paint. Vasquez even found a way not to be terrible. Ross and Amir solid, though they seemed to sit for a lot of the second half.
Loved JV's game tonight. If he can have that confidence game to game, we'll see performances with 15ish points and 15ish rebounds fairly often. The Jazz aren't great, but they have a pretty solid big rotation, and JV crushed them.
