Talk of Utah moving Favors... apparently know they can bring back Millsap.

      DD for Favors?

      DD, Burke to phoenix
      Bledsoe, Patterson to Utah
      Favors, Booker to Toronto????
Favors is my ideal PF to pair with JV as part of a rebuild... young, talented, traditional PF.

No it's not. If you are trading for a prospect/pick, you damn well better have an opinion on whether they are going to be better than what you are trading away.

In a few years, Winslow will be a better player than DD is today. Same with Hezo. Unless you have a time machine to prove me wrong, you're response better have more tangible reasoning than the bullshit used lately.
Well you should go into any trade with your eyes wide open. Winslow and Hezo might be better than DD. I'd say 65:35 chance just because 3s and spacing are so ridiculously important.
        "Bruno?
Heh, if he is in the D-league still in a few years I will be surprised.
        He's terrible."

        Hope you're wrong.

Do you know how many players become all-stars out of one draft on average? Not that many and your already saying 3 guys will and these guys aren't even going to picked in the top 5.
Some drafts are better than others.

I think this draft is very top heavy.

Lots of good players at top.

I think this year's top 10 is better than last years.

Last year became a lot of hype.

Actually tough to really know due to injuries to Randle, Parker, and Embiid.

I do like top of this year's draft.

His opinion is that I am wrong, but without any justifications or reasoning. So yeah, fuck that shit. Top picks are typically better than fringe all-stars. Evidence #1 in support of the deal. Counter #1?
Don't put words in my mouth. All I said is that lets wait till they play a game first before saying these guys are perennial all-stars.

Lol if the Knicks tanked to draft kaminsky

He's like tyler hansbrough. Great college career, 4th/5th big on a good team

Curious, who's the guy you're referring to?
In terms of? (I think the topic of who will be better than DeRozan has been covered already). For Mudiay, in 2-3 years could be better than Lowry considering we might not have Lowry by then and he'll be 35. As far as the PF's go, we don't have one currently. PPat is no more than a 6th man at best.

People say that every year though.

Last year smart, randle, vonleh were all supposed to be amazing.

The hype train was rolling on stauskas too.

and elfrid payton is still considered one of the higher upside guys, and i don't see him becoming all that great either

i'd make the favors deal over the #7, if they were real

                            Yup.

                            2000 - 3 all-stars (in a bad draft)
                            2001 - 8 all-stars
                            2002 - 4 all-stars
                            2003 - 9 all-stars
                            2004 - 6 all-stars
                            2005 - 5 all-stars
                            2006 - 5 all-stars
                            2007 - 4 all-stars
                            2008 - 5 all-stars
                            2009 - 6 all-stars
                            2010 - 3 all-stars

So average of 4.8 per draft.
