Denver clears out Hickson and grabs a first while Toronto gets a 3-D wing on the starting lineup but loses cap space until 2016. JJ is insurance for Amir at best

JJ is the garbage to get Chandler. He isn't a stretch 4 either but he would replace TH unless MU can send out Fields.

But JJ doesn't replace what Tyler does. Tyler is a defensive big and rebounding/foul-drawing specialist. JJ is an offensive big who doesn't play defense.

And Chandler is simply not so big a get that you take on JJ's contract to get him. He's an adequate two-way wing player, nothing more.

hickson is nothing like 2pat. he's a strong rebounder, and decent midrange shooter/defender. this is a great trade if denver is willing.

Hickson is a defensive sieve and just the cost for Chandler. Without him the price goes up.
