Two trades here:
Lou Will and a first rounder for Taj Gibson straight up.
Chicago needs guard insurance, a force off the bench. Lou Will provides that.
They have way too many bigs, and Gibson deserves to start in this league.
For us, we get a legitimate 2 way player that's a younger, more advanced version of Amir. He can defend the four and 5, and is hella athletic.
Next: Amir + Ross+ Hansbrough for Tyler Ennis, Plumlee, Gerald Green
Suns get a couple of athletic bigs that can play within their system. Suns desperately need some big depth with Alex Len often injured. Amir can fit well with them in a fast break system, and he can get a lot of open looks at the rim.
This helps them also clean up some of their guard problems. Gerald Green clearly wants out, and they want to get rid of him.
For us, we get a legit backup C, the PG we wanted to draft, and another sparkplug off the bench.
