The Raptors only lose the pick in the years between 2010 and 2014 and only the first year that they make the playoffs between 2010 and 2014. If they fail the make the playoffs in any year between 2010 and 2014 then the pick goes to the Heat in 2015 regardless of where the Raptors finish that year.
