Exactly. Demar is well liked around the league. The big clue was when he contacted Delon Wright and told him to not worry and that he'd take care of him. I thought it was weird that he would offer more than a congratulation.

Really happy with this signing. This was my guy after Middleton. Not an overpay when you look at the new TV money. I guess we'll see if Demar will pass the ball/work on his 3pt shooting.

Question: Can 2Pat start at PF? He did a fair amount of that last season with Amir's injuries. It would mean having competent backups, but I think he can pull it off. Thoughts?

Haha, Carroll at the 5 and DD our 4, fun times. Should be interesting to watch for half a game until the blow out happens. On the flip side, we're far more capable of beating a team like GSW. But thats probably wishful thinking.

Sports Illustrated graded our DeMarre Carroll signing. They gave us a 'C' lmao. everyone agrees with that grade right?!

Only caveat on the signing is this small ball plan with Carroll at PF. That concerns me. He's a great addition but why put him out of position.

These NBA writers have no idea just how big of a hole we've had at SF since Rudy left.

I'm not saying Carroll is gonna be an all star here but he's a perfect fit for this team.

Remember when Casey said Rudy was gonna play Small Ball PF? He came into the season over weight and could not finish inside at all. Which was unheard of for someone as athletic as Rudy.
