I just want to point out that I read this as... If James Johnson switches positions, learns how to shoot, and rebound better it would be a nightmare for teams, which to me sounds like, if James Johnson was Paul Millsap we would giving people nightmares.

If JJ could hit the three he'd be an All-NBA calibre player. But that's not gonna happen.

As a Starter last year Scola put up 9.3 points and 7.5 rebounds .496 from the field on 8 shots/game playing 24.9 mins/g. Small sample size of 16 games sure but, that really productive. I can see him starting and playing around 25 minutes a game.
