I've asked myself that question many times this season. I had a bad loss to Dan but otherwise beat who I should have, lost to the top dogs and split with my tier (beat Tucas, Realizar, tied Coach, lost to Joey and WJF).

Guess my lack of upsets is holding me back? Making a run now though. I've got Tucas, Joey, Snooch, jbml and Apollo left on the schedule. Need to go 4-1 to have a chance.

If I had to guess, because current ties all line up with the theory, it is FG%.
