I'm not really sure what happened. They pulled JV early because it appeared he had 2 fouls. In the end they seem to have given that "2nd" one to Powell. But they did sub him out. So someone made a mistake somewhere. Maybe the arena announcer just said the wrong one so Casey thought he had to pull JV.
