    Game 2 Key Matchup

Dragic definitely wins Game 1 of this Matchup, but here's hoping Lowry got some added confidence from seeing that Hail Mary go down.

Dragic didn't dish out many assists in Game 1, but led the team with 26 points.

Miami as a team only had 12 assists ... maybe there's a way to exploit this?
After a solid bounce back game from Demar, he will be looking to keep the momentum in his favour. Will need to continue to be aggressive, and keep looking for JV and Carroll on swings.

Will also need to body Wade more if he hopes to contain him in the paint though.
While Joe Johnson managed to get some in Game 1, he was mostly inefficient and uncomfortable with Carroll and Powell on him pretty consistently. Ross also did a great job on Johnson. He's got the "old man game" though, so will need to stay on him with our "young man game" Powell.
Lets hope Deng keeps turning over those inbounds passes ... counted 3 last night?

Would also love to see Carroll take more of his open shots, since he led the team in Round 1 with 3's. He definitely had a few last night that he passed on for whatever reason. Need him feeling confident and aggressive.
Whiteside went 3/7 in Game 1, and doesn't seem to have an answer for JV and our Bigs. Still manged to get his on the glass with 17 rebounds, so will need Biyombo and JV to step up and keep those rebounding rates at record highs.

Keep feeding the Beast and JV will deliver.
    Miami Reserves Toronto Reserves
Justice Winslow, Gerald Green, Josh Richardson, Udonis Haslem Need to avoid those killer turnovers, but I think our bench definitely holds the upper hand here. Cory Joseph, Patrick Patterson, Terrence Ross, Bizmack Biyombo

    Last Meeting
We lost. Probably could have won.

    Noteworthy
    • Toronto has won the season-series versus Miami the last two years - 3-1 in 2015-16 and 2-1 in 2014-15.

    • Air Canada Centre has been sold-out for 85 consecutive regular-season and playoff games since Nov. 11, 2014.

    • Toronto is now 1-9 in Game 1 of a playoff series. The Raptors only Game 1 win was May 6, 2001 in the opening game of the 2001 Eastern Conference semifinal series vs. Philadelphia.

    • Hassan Whiteside was a member of the Raptors 2014 Las Vegas Summer League squad.

    • Lowry leads Raptors all-time in Playoff 3s made.
