He is allowed to play the rest of the game if he gets flagrant 1(Flagrant 2 = immediate ejection) He'd be suspended for the next game though.

He would finish the game because the suspension is due to cumulative over the course of the season/playoffs. Single game rules still apply tonight, so a flag 1 wouldn't result in being tossed.

If he is indeed back, start JV. He would help throw off the Cavs gameplan and potentially get us out to a crucial early lead. Both guys will be logging minutes against starters and bench guys, so might as well use your best player from the get go.
