getting steve nash makes us a contender plus the 2nd pick to get turner, but brand unleess never played makes us shitty.

WHy would Philadelphia give away their 2nd pick AND take Calderon or Turkoglu. Just because it works in the trade machine, doesn't mean the other team will do it. And I still don't see the Raptors being contenders. Not with a rookie SG and 2nd year SF. I see the Raptors getting to the second round, but that's about their ceiling.

Yeah, I don't see it from a Philly perspective. As a return for Brand/#2, they likely want expirings and big-men on good contracts. WIth Nocioni now, there's no way they want Turkoglu, and I'm not sure where Calderon would fit in with Williams and Holiday. And they'll almost certainly receive better offers.

From a Toronto perspective, I really love the idea of putting together a package for the #2 pick and Brand, but I'm not sure the Nash is a great fit beside Evans. I think Evans would make sense beside a PG like Jack, who plays off the ball well and can help out on defense more.

Well, the first one's impossible since Dalembert is now a Sacramento King. The second one is just ridiculous because...well, because Toronto rapes both Phoenix and Philadelphia. Why would you even suggest these deals?
