  • The Turkoglu Sweepstakes - What Would You Expect in Return?

Here are a few trades that work, whether they would be accepted is up for debate.

Turk to Orlando! They want him back don't they? Take him! Please!!

#1 - Don't think Orlando would go for it, but if they do, sure why not.

#2 - Only if doing so gets Bosh to stay or makes another big-time FA want to S&T to us. Otherwise, so much for a proper rebuild and say hello to mediocrity limbo.

#3 - Only if doing so gets Bosh to stay or makes another big-time F want to S&T to us. Doubtful, so no.

Trade Turk for a box of pizza with extra cheese.

LOL. Sounds good but I don't think the Pizza Pizza franchise would agree.

I would rather have Turk on this team for the duration of his contract than trade away any of the Young Guns to facilitate getting rid of him at this point. DeRozan, Weems, Amir (hopefully) and Davis should be given a chance to play together for at least a year and a half and see what happens. If by that point they don't seem to be reaching their potential, make a move then.

After looking at every single team on Realgm, I found one deal that might make sense. ONE. That MIGHT make sense.

              To Golden State: Hedo Turkoglu
              To Toronto: Andris Biedrins

They make about the same money and same contract length. It would be trading a locker room cancer for damaged goods.

That's an interesting offer, but I doubt that GS accepts those four in return for a solid (though oft injured) big man and an all-star quality guard. Just my opinion. Reggie Evans seems to have been injured just as much as Biedrins, Marcus Banks is nothing more than an expiring contract and an average point guard, DeRozan is a decent athletic guard but no where near the value of Ellis, and Turk is just Turk, but he might be the only reason they might even consider this trade. Not worth it on their part, it's taking a step backwards.

i'd really like to know what he bases his +/- wins total on?
If Your Uncle Jack Helped You Off An Elephant, Would You Help Your Uncle Jack Off An Elephant?

Sometimes, I like to buy a book on CD and listen to it, while reading music.

                      per.

Edit: RR forum won't let me type PER in capitals by itself...
