Seems like it's done (as done as it can be before July 10)

he was on that hyped "YOUNG GUNZ CLIPPERS WE WEAR HEADBANDS AND BONK OURSELVES ON THE HEAD WHEN WE DO STUFF" that never really materialized for some reason featuring darius miles, lamar odom and olowakandi.

    then he got fat

    http://www.nba.com/playerfile/quentin_richardson/

Seems he peaked in 03 and then missed a shit load of games.

13 years in the league and played 792 out of a possible 1050 games he started in under half of them

    via Hoopshype

Likes to shoot from beyond the arc... Good rebounder despite his size... Good defender when he's into it... Doesn't pass the ball much.

He's not making a big deal about it, it's not like he took his statement to the 6 o'clock news. Just relax, you're getting angry over nothing.

It' almost sounds like you take it personally.

3.5m dollar deal for a 3pt specialist is quite reasonable and easily tradeable should it go that route.

I got issues w/ Camby and no respect for someone that gets paid THAT much money, who doesn't do his due diligence in a professional manor when playing in the game. Trades are part of the game.

You bitch about that stuff to your agent. Hell fire your agent. You don't publish something like that in public and complain about it. Man up, in the NBA, u ain't no body ne more.

You don't see Bargs making a presser saying Toronto didn't give me a chance 2 minutes after being traded.

So if it is a Sign and Trade then he was willing to come play in Toronto. Interesting.

    Onto Masai....

This guy can do wonders with big contracts... I mean.... What did we get for Bosh and Vince when they left? squat in return.

3 picks and 3 players back with more room to negotiate, wheel and deal. So impressed right now. I've been touting #MessiahUjiri all day long.

1- Its his Job, he can pump himself up as much as he wants, we all do when we interview for a new job, or want to go after a promotion.
2- Its his life, he can make his own career decisions, he can express displeasure with his job as much as he wants.
3- Its an NBA contract, he didn't sign his life over, he's been in the league for almost 20 years, he can go ring chasing if wants
    4- you need to chill
5- Slavery's been over for a quite a while now, look it up.

We desperately needed a guy who can make corner threes and now we have one. I think you;ll see Novak come in for some small ball beside Demar and Gay. He's a good addition to the team, a solid bench player who can actually contribute in a meaningful way in limited minutes.
I think some of us are experiencing the "Raptor Fan Syndrome" again. A player is acquired and we tend to hype up the guy, trying to make him fit.

Novak does make threes, unfortunately, that's all he does. He has a 110 DRting and his FG% is even worse than his 3PT%. He attempted 33 FTs in 81 games. and his only other stat thats not in the decimal place (besides pts) is his rebounding which is at 1.9 in 20mins.

The fact that Novak is big enough to play the 4 spot and stretch the floor big time is definitely an upside to having him.
I think i'll shudder at the thought of him guarding the likes of Millsap, Jefferson, Bosh and Love.

If they were to play him his natural spot which is SF, LBJ, Durant and even Kahwi will have him for dinner.

I have no illusions about Novak. I know he is a corner three specialist and defensive liability. At 3.5m I know he is an easily tradeable one should he not fit here. Either way he is an asset.
