I'm not sure where the saviour tag is coming from. But YES .... we've seen this move before. And for the most part, he makes those shots. As Craig said - maybe not so eloquently - Love hip checked him. Should've been a foul call. Andrea looks like he's still trying to get back into shape - after recovering from pneumonia.
AirBall aside, AB was the Knicks best shooter for the game. And despite a horrible first game, he has the best fg% amongst the "shooters" - .500 - albeit it's only 3 games. Bring on the AB-3 chant.
Hopefully the fans can move on - we have enough to worry about here. Reality is, Bargs will be in the play-offs, while Raptors are very doubtful. And I say that with great reluctance - my logical side is taking over. We do need as good a draft pick as possible. Plus intution tells me Masa is secretly in tank mode. That anonymous GM (as in another thread) wasn't him, but it could be.
Say pretty please and I'll consider it.

Basketball has clear winners every night --except at the draft, which is all homework, politics and chance.
Oh Matt, I'm a Bargnani Omelette, trust me.
Whatever you do, do it the best you can
Most notable problem for Melo: lack of space. He's shot just 29.2% w Bargnani on the floor. But is 43.2% when Bargnani's on sideline.— Chris Herring (@HerringWSJ) November 5, 2013
AB is THE best floor spacer.
This is not going to end well. Most notable problem for Melo: lack of space. He's shot just 29.2% w Bargnani on the floor. But is 43.2% when Bargnani's on sideline.
Whats even more sad, is that without him, the Raps still look like shit.
I sure hope so. I can imagine a perfect world where they trade for a pick that ends up a late lottery, but also come last and and up with the #1 and #2 picks.
Now that Chandler is injured, watch Bargs become the starting C. xD
If the Raps were in the same situation and Bargs was still with us I could actually see Casey doing it.

Andrea Bargnani looking good in New York !
Yes we got Steve Novak, and paid 2 others not to play here...and draft picks that will likely be late round ....WTF
Yes I know addition by subtraction ...that's all I hear from the so called geniuses.
This is what we paid big money to our new GM to orchestrate?
I hope Bargnani goes on to have a great career.
Suffered through injury and struggles to recover....
Then must deal with booing from his home crowd...how embarrassing,,,even the other Raptors felt it was bush!
And by the way can Toronto get a half decent coach ?
A string of coaches mishandled AB? Maybe AB just finally woke up. And need I remind you he has had at least one good 13 game run in his career. How did that work out?
