    He seems like a nice guy, I really want him to do well as a coach. Hopefully we prove the critics wrong!

    Not all NBA players have big egos that need a coach with a whip.

    There are actually some players in the NBA and the Raptors have a few, that actually respect coaches without being pounded into the court by them.

    My favorite was the rewind layup. Somebody should take that idea to the next level and do a rewind dunk or something in the comp.

    Haha yeah the rewind layup was jokes. As for his coaching abilities, here's hoping he "rewinds" some of his tactics and takes a page from the P.J. school of tough love.
