so looks like Miami didn't offer Dampier a contract so he's in need of an NBA team, we're in need of a 5? idunno he's 35 getting up there, but a vet on this young team would be nice. even if its just a 1 year contract...

I'd say the best, and only chance, to get Dampier is to offer him a vet minimum contract (which is all that can be offered) for 2 years, with the second year a player option.Comment
