Nice thread idea. I'll give you the entire team with starters first:
PG: Irving (draft)
SG: DD
SF: Jeff Green (Sign and Trade)
PF: Bargnani
C: Marc Gasol (FA)
Bench:
PG: Calderon/Bayless (combo 1 and 2)
SG: Weems
SF: Kleiza/Mia draft pick?
PF: Davis/Dorsey
C: Johnson/Alabi
Irving looks like he might be the real deal at the point. The Raps have never had an elite PG - albeit that is putting a lot of pressure on the guy.

It`s becoming pretty obvious that the Raptors are as bad as most of these so called experts think they are, therefore unless we get truly lucky in the lottery they will have no shot at landing Barnes.
Keep Calm & Chive On

gonna dream anyways, why not dream big, right?
Interesting thread. The one thing I dont agree with you is not having weems start. You have to think that he has the same (if not more) potential then dero.
All we need to pull this off is a time machine and some chloroform.
PG: Oscar Robertson (age 26)
SG: Michael Jordan (age 26)
SF: Magic Johnson (age 26)
PF: Hakeem Olajuwon (Age 30)
C: Wilt Chamberlain (age 26)
Bench:
Charles Barkley (age 25)
Grant Hill (age 25)
Stockton and Malone when they were young.
Shaq Fu (age 26 weight 300 lbs)
Kareem (age 26)
Larry Bird (before he blew out his back digging a hole in his mother's driveway)
This would be the first team with 25 pick and roll combinations in the starting lineup alone.
Kyrie Irving
DeMar DeRozan
Sonny Weems (re-signs 5yr/$25M :P)
Amir Johnson
Andrea Bargnani
Ed Davis
Eric Bledsoe
Julian Wright
Farouq Aminu
Solomon Alabi
PG: Kyrie Irving (thru draft)
SG: DeMar DeRozan
SF: Sonny Weems
PF: Andrea Bargnani
C: Yao Ming (2011 free agent signs 5yrs/$15mill.) or Colangelo trades Peja & TPE for Yao
Subs
Ed Davis
Jose Calderon
Linas Klieza
Jerryd Bayless
Tristan Thompson ( Mia Draft pick)
I'm laughing my ass off at all of this "Kyrie Irving" "Harrison Barnes" stuff. Unless the Raptors get REALLY lucky in the lottery or somehow trade up, they've shown that they're a good enough team to warrant the 5th-15th pick.

With losses to the Knicks, Kings, Bobcats, Wizards, and barely beating Philly, I'd give it a few more games and see how they play against mediocre teams. They have shown they come out to play the top teams.
Also, with 2 first round draft picks and the TPE still in play come the draft, they might be able to move up in the draft by taking on a contract from another team - very similar to what T'Wolves did 2 drafts ago with Washington.
