    Default Rajon Rondo

Would he be as good as he is now if he wasn't surrounded by so much talent at such an early age?

No he wouldn't have. If we picked him no.1 he would be considered a bust IMO.

Rondo is still not considered a good shooter (which was the reason he was picked where he was) and rarely takes the outside shot. He has a high BB iq, great vision and of course passes very very well. I am not sure how I would grade his defense. On a nightly basis Allen alone probably gives him at least 3-5 assts.

His defense is great, the best PG in the league when talking about defense. He wasn't drafted to high because he wan't THAT good. Although he has a great rebounder in college, he actually lead Kentucky in rebounding. But starting your career with Garnett, Ray Ray and Pierce helps a lot.
