what do you guys think about this trade?
It seems fair to me, maybe one team throws in a draft pick?

What would you propose for DeRozon? Whenever I see a trade proposal that includes bringing in a SG, most people seem to suggest simply moving DeMar to SF. DeMar may be able to play SF in a couple years after he bulks up, but it would simply not be possible right now.

So it seems like a waste to bring in Ellis if we DeMar is not yet ready to move. My other problem is the character that Ellis has displayed so far in his career. Anyone who lies about how he developed an injury is not someone who I would want on the Raptors...combine that with how he had just signed a huge contract makes his dishonesty even worse.

I also don't think that this trade would interest either the fans or the front office of Golden State.

My God, this is the kind of trade that GState would be salivating over. The Derozan dillemma does pose a problem. However, the bigger problem is Ellis himself. He is a super HOG (just ask David Lee)! Wow. Can one imagine him and Bayless in the back court (won't work btw since they both have that "me first" mentality)?

Long story short, I'm neutral on this.

No. Bargnani should be traded, but four years at $11 M is way too much for Ellis. We need much better players than him to become competitive.

No again. No Ellis, although Curry sure. Still like the Bargnani/Calderon for Biedrins/Curry scenario.
