Should Riley take over the Heat?

I heard a lot of people saying that Riley should take over the team and fire Spoelstra. Some say that Spoelstra isn't a good coach that's why they got outplayed by Dallas. They claimed that he doesn't have a play for Bibby, and he didn't use Eddie House so much that he could've save the team.

Are these claims really legit?

i don't think so. the team was only together the one season and they reached the finals. as much as i hate to say it, that's pretty impressive. i think he'll have another year and if he doesn't win it all he's done.
