MU on TSN/1050 radio, talking about the Valanciunas signing: http://www.tsn.ca/radio/toronto-1050...etter-1.348510

    He also touches on:
    - Lowry's commitment this offseason to winning next season
    - league trend of playing small ball
    - his trip to Africa

It's a pretty good listen, about 15 minutes in total. JV stuff is right at the start.
    Great find!

            I didn't even mention Drummond.

To me a big man is a PF or a C, but even if you're only looking at centers the point still stands.
Bigs are typically considered PF's and C's. The emergence of the stretch 4 changes things a bit re style of play, but I would consider any big guy who plays physically and close to the rim a big.

That said I am comfortable comparing JV to just the Centres seeing as that is without a doubt his position.

            • When Masai wins, we all win as fans, and it seems like he's always winning. I don't see how anyone can dump on Masai as a Raptors fan. I'm surprised there isn't an "everything Masai" thread out there or is there.

I hate Masai. He does a good job yup, but Masai is proud owner of Blackberry mobile phone. He ain't my friend.

Yea, he's getting paid 4.6 million this season. And next season he gets approx. 14.4 million.

                              What a great deal.

Brings a tear to my eye.

                              • Please don't use Spotrac. They have a pretty site but they just steal all their numbers from Shamsports and Basketball Insiders. Give the page views to the guys soon the work.
