Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun is reporting that Jonas has rejoined the Raptors for full practices as of today.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I am assuming that this means full-body contact practices...which would be tremendous in terms of his development and learning curve.Ryan Wolstat@WolstatSun
Jonas Valanciunas returned to full practice for the #raptors today. Closing in on his debut
According to Doug:
Doug Smith's BlogNo one got a look at Valanciunas – if I had to guess, I’d say they get him to full work later this week and he plays a week Wednesday against Washington
I'd guess we won't see him Wednesday.
The Holy Trinity has spoken. Not sure what it's based on but Koreen is suggesting Big V is a go for tomorrow. So we have one yes (EK), one maybe (RW) and one no (DS)

as a side note, what's the over under for if/when "valanciunas" trumps "valance" when searching for him on google?

Funny how a tweet becomes a story. Then again, seeing as there is no game on Thursday, maybe I won't call this a story.
Now it's a story!

Now it's a story with a quote!
"We’re going to throw him out there, we’re going to see how his body feels tomorrow after going through today and then we’re going to make that decision," said Raptors head coach Dwane Casey.

i'll be pleasantly surprised if he plays in the next week or two
@jerboat
I was at the game last night and he was throwing down some nasty dunks in warm up. He had some serious bounce in his step for someone who wasn't even playing in the game.
Dunk or foul.. thats what I want out of my starting center. Much better than Aaron Gray's funny jump-hook or clumsily-have-ball-slip-out-of-hands move
He's definitely gonna play. Man, I'm so excited right now!!! Can't wait for tomorrow. Here is a nice read:
