    Last years lottery was the give-it-to-Cleveland-as-payback-for-LBJ lottery. This year Stern could again fix it as the give-it-to-Charlotte-as-the-game-owes-it-to-MJ lottery.

    ....or they could have their ping pong ball come up all on its own.
