Weems was a better player than Forbes BEFORE he left for Europe. That gap is probably wider nowadays (assuming that playing in a disciplined, structured environment in Europe has helped Weems' decision making). Weems is a year younger too, and seems to have better Chemistry with guys like DeRozan and Amir.
