    Default Position Rankings

    Here's a fun idea we haven't tried before. What are your position rankings in comparison to the rest of the league? Here is an example of what I mean.

    Power Forward
    • Andrea Bargnani
    • Amir Johnson
    • Ed Davis


    Strong scoring in the starting lineup along with decent versatility on the bench. In comparison to the rest of the league they collectively rank 8th in my opinion.
    That's not necessarily what I really think, it's just an example of what the thread question is directed towards. Let's break down all five positions and for fun let's also rank the bench compared to other benches in the league. If you want to factor in JV then that's fine. Let's exclude hypothetical draft picks and free agent signings though.

    i think we might have one of the best benches in the league next season. Everyone comes out and plays hard

    PG- Calderon, Bayless, Uzoh - Rank 10th
    SG- Demar Derozan, Gary Forbes - Rank 22nd (No depth)
    SF- James Johnson, Linas Kleiza, Alan Anderson - Rank 15th (decent depth)
    PF- Bargnani, Johnson, Davis - Rank 9th very good depth.\
    C- Valanciunas, Gray, Magloire - Top 15 or higher depending on play of valanciunas

    (20th) PG- Calderon, Bayless, Uzoh
    (27th) SG- Demar Derozan, Gary Forbes
    (28th) SF- James Johnson, Linas Kleiza, Alan Anderson
    (12th) PF- Bargnani, Johnson, Davis
    (30th) C- Gray, Magloire, Alabi

    Here are my rankings (not including Val):

    PG - 20th
    SG - 25th
    SF - 26th
    PF - 20th
    C - 27th

    Interestingly enough if you average those out its comes to a 23.4.
