  • Get Nash, Iguodala, Marvin Williams and Danny Green w/o loosing our pick? For sure.

    Here's the plan.

    1. Draft Kendall Marshall with our 8th pick and Kris Joseph with our 37th pick
    2. Sign Steve Nash and Danny Green to pretty lucrative deals (so they accept to sign)
    3. Trade DeMar DeRozan, Amir Johnson, Gary Forbes and our 56th pick for Andre Iguodala
    4. Trade Barbosa's trade exception for Marvin Williams
    5. Bring back Aaron Gray, Jamaal Magloire, Solomon Alabi or Alan Anderson

Personnally, I'd rather bring back Alabi than Anderson, since he's younger and I liked what I saw in the last games of the season. I think he has the potential to become a decent player in this league. I also liked Anderson a lot, but take him back, I think, would not be really useful if we get Joseph in the draft. I also always said that depth at the 1 and 5 spots is pretty important.

    So there you go:

Centers: Jonas Valanciunas, Aaron Gray, Jamaal Magloire and Solomon Alabi
Power forwards: Andrea Bargnani, Ed Davis and Linas Kleiza
Small forwards: Marvin Williams, James Johnson and Kris Joseph
Shooting guards: Andre Iguodala and Danny Green
Point guards: Steve Nash, Jose Calderon and Kendall Marshall

You can't sign Nash and Green and keep the trade exception.

I think its just the fact that the TPE isnt going towards our cap-space currently, but Williams contract would be, therefore we would not have cap-space to sign Nash. But I could be mistaken.

Alright, then would it be possible to bring back Bayless?
