Seems like this is a done deal pending league approval. I wonder how this will affect the rudy gay trade talk. Will the new owner be willing to pay some luxury tax money, so as to be able to keep rudy around while still strengthening the team around their core?

I think it really depends on how much the owner wants to win a championship or whether he wants to make money.
