Here's a trade idea with Portland that involves some not written commitment.
Portland is looking for a C and a PG. The two best avaliable will be out of reach for their 11th.
So Toronto trades Amir Johnson or James Johnson and the 8th pick for the 11th pick and the Trail Blazers commit to not match any offer the Raptors make on Nicolas Batum.
I see toronto targeting Kendall Marshall or one of Moe Harkless and Perry Jones at the draft. Any of them will be avaliable with the 11th pick.
Of course, the Batum part can be said.
